At Stackworx we use the Atlassian offering (including Jira and Bitbucket) to ensure we can plan, execute and deliver in a continues and agile fashion. We strongly believe that agile should not be an excuse for a lack of documentation, however documentation in the traditional sense almost always is thrown aside when things go wrong and we attempt to preempt that by bringing software (like Atlassian Jira) to the planning phase much earlier with clients.
We typically plan around 2-week sprints (10 working days) with sprint planning on Mondays and retrospective meetings after every 2-week sprint.
